Return & Refund Policy

At Shanu Art (https://shanuart.art), we take immense pride in crafting premium handmade resin art and pipe cleaner gifts. Since our products are entirely handmade with great care, each piece is unique. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we want you to love your purchase. Below is our policy regarding returns and refunds.

1. Damaged or Wrong Items (Eligible for Replacement)

If your order arrives broken, damaged during shipping, or if you receive the wrong product, we will gladly arrange a replacement or repair.

  • To claim a replacement, you must record a clear, unedited unboxing video starting from opening the sealed courier box to showing the damage.
  • Please share this video with us on WhatsApp at +91 98177-49785 or +91 98124-70303 within 24 hours of receiving the package.
  • The courier charges for sending the item to us and the courier charges for shipping the repaired or replacement item back to you will be borne by the customer.

2. Custom and Personalized Gifts

  • Any items made specifically to your order specifications (such as custom color resin preservation, custom name keychains, or custom-designed pipe cleaner bouquets) are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless they arrive physically damaged during transit.
  • We share progress photos or updates during the making process upon request to ensure the final product matches your expectations before shipping.

3. Standard Items (Change of Mind Returns)

For standard, non-customized products available directly on our website:

  • You can request a return within 3 days of delivery if the item is completely unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received it.
  • Customers are responsible for securely packing the item and bearing the return courier charges to our workshop in Kurukshetra.
  • If an exchange or replacement is requested, the courier charges for shipping the exchanged/replacement product back to the customer will also be borne by the customer.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned package at our workshop, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or GPay) within 3–5 business days.
  • Shipping and courier charges are non-refundable.
